These Terms of Service govern your use of soulcialme.systems and the services of Soulcial ME Systems, a series of Wilborn Sovereign Holdings, LLC ("Soulcial ME," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site, booking a call, or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Soulcial ME Systems builds CRM, automation, funnels and brand systems for women of color entrepreneurs. We are based in Dallas, Texas.

Using this site

Use the site lawfully and honestly. Do not try to break it, scrape it, copy it wholesale, or use it to send spam or harm others. We may update, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

Our services

What we build, the scope, the timeline and the price are set out in your proposal or signed service agreement. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, your agreement controls, including who owns the work and who holds the keys to your domain and accounts. We do not guarantee specific results, such as revenue, leads, rankings or followers, because those depend on things neither of us fully controls. Nothing we say or build is legal, financial or tax advice.

Payments, refunds and digital products

Prices and payment terms are stated in your proposal or checkout. Custom work is time we reserve and spend for you, so it is non-refundable once work has started or been delivered, unless your signed agreement says otherwise. Digital products and templates are delivered right away and are non-refundable once you have access. If something we delivered does not work the way we described it, tell us and we will fix it.

Text messaging (SMS) program terms

Program: Soulcial ME Systems sends appointment confirmations and reminders, service and project updates, follow-ups on your inquiry, and, if you opted in to them, promotional messages.

How to join: Give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or opt in on a call or in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Details are in our Privacy Policy at soulcialme.systems/privacy-policy.

Testimonials, examples and images

Results shown in testimonials or case studies are individual and are not a promise that you will get the same outcome. Stock or illustrative images on this site are not clients unless we say so.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design and brand belong to us. Your content, brand and business information stay yours. Ownership of deliverables is set out in your signed service agreement.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and our services are provided "as is," we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim is about. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only where they are allowed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
