I earned my CIS degree at DeVry, and it made me the analyst who breaks it before your client does. That's still the job. I look for the place a system quietly fails (the form nobody gets notified about, the reminder that never fires) and I fix it before it costs you a customer.
I've been building systems since 2016, and I decided early that I would never be anyone's employee. So I built my own company.
You might know me from Instagram, back when I posted about mindset and told you to go build your own door and window and grow a garden while you're at it. Seven thousand of you said yes to that. Then I went quiet.
I didn't leave because it failed. I left to go get what mindset can't give you on its own: the build. The systems, the automation, the proof. Same promise. Now with something behind it.
Why I build for us
Black women lost 251,000 jobs between January and August of 2025 (IWPR).
A lot of us are answering by starting our own businesses. I did too. We put our dollars into each other. That's not a slogan. It's the business plan.

Every business I build starts with a founder carrying a vision only she can see. I get to the essence of it (your story, your offer, your why) and make it materialize: built, visible and running. You don't apologize for it, you don't lower your standard when other people can't see it yet, and you don't give up on it. Neither do I.

How you want your audience to feel the second they land on your page, and every choice built to make that happen on purpose, so it gets you paid.

That's how I build for you, and it's how I built my own business first. Every architecture I recommend ran inside my own company before it ever touched yours.
Here's a small one. I stopped recording videos. I know exactly what I want to say, but every video meant editing, and I can't stand editing. The thought of it gave me so much anxiety that I avoided it, and the videos stayed in my head. I tried AI to edit them. It didn't work. I tried another way. Still no. Then I saw an ad of a pro editor having Claude edit a whole video, one job at a time, and I knew it could be done. So I did what I always do: I reverse engineered it. I took it apart job by job and rebuilt it with my own footage. One raw take of 151.9 seconds became 80.1. Then I wrote down every step, including the ones that broke. I vetted Claude, I trained Claude, and now I'm promoting Claude to my video editor, one job at a time as each one proves itself. Cutting is proven. Motion graphics are still on trial, and I'll tell you the second that changes.
Once I've broken it down into bite-sized pieces, I take each one and make it mine: my voice, my vernacular, my font, my brand, my colors. That's how you eat a whole elephant. One bite at a time.
The wins, and the misses.

Wins
- One comment I left on someone else's LinkedIn post drew over 6,000 impressions in a day and brought a stranger into my inbox. Not a post. A comment.
- My own intake, follow-up and booking run on the same kind of system I build for you.
Misses
- A reminder I built was set to fire at 48 hours. It fired at 57. No error, no alert.
- I redesigned an email template and ran four tests, and the old version kept sending. The workflow had kept its own copy because one setting was off. Now I re-check every workflow after I change a template.
- Autosave does not publish. I learned that on a live build.
- I approved drafts and nothing got sent. Approval is not the push.
