Soulcial ME Systems, a series of Wilborn Sovereign Holdings, LLC ("Soulcial ME," "we," "us," or "our"), builds done-for-you business systems for entrepreneurs. This policy explains what we collect on soulcialme.systems and through our forms, booking calendars and messaging, why we collect it, and what we do with it. By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• What you give us. Your name, email address, mobile number, business name and details, and anything you tell us in a form, booking, message or call.

• Collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time on site, gathered through cookies and similar tools.

• Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not store your full card number.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Soulcial ME Systems at that number, including messages sent by automated technology. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service and project updates, follow-ups on your inquiry, and, if you opted in to them, promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, payment processors, calendar and analytics providers, and messaging carriers, and only as needed to do that work. We also share it with legal authorities when the law requires it, and as part of a business transfer if one ever happens.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

• Access, correction or deletion: email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and we honor valid requests.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and resolve disputes. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
